CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

Your gown is guaranteed to be a unique Marabo creation. We are not responsible for Marabo designs,although copyrighted, being copied by other ballroom attire makers.

Please fill out online MEASURMENT CHART. Please tell us about yourself. It is important that we know your dance style, dance experiences, what the outfit is for, your favourite colours etc.

Please share with us any ideas you may have for your dream costume.

We have professional team to help you with your final selection. Feel free to e-mail us your measurements and we will help you to pick up the gown that will suit you best.

After that we will begin sketching dress for you. We will revise the sketches until you are happy with the design. Please consider these sketches carefully.
Once we start constucting the gown, any design changes that result in added labor or material will cost extra.

Once sketch is approved, we will send you an ORDER FORM  to sign. Please return it to us with down payment that we will enable us to start the manufacturing prosess. We require 50% deposit on custom orders. Balance is payable after you will receive the dress.

Please let us know your timeframe when ordering the gown.

We are very busy. If possible please allow about 4 weeks for the delivery of the dress.

We are excited to work with you on your gown. Each gown will be built exclusively for you, according toyour measurments.

Since custom design and Marabo workshop dress are cut-to-measure and custom decorated to your taste they are NOT RETURNABLE. Please make your selection with care.
